Business Development Executive (Telecalling)

About the Role: This is a telecalling role where you will be calling existing donors of Ketto who showed interest in donating but didn't complete it. Your job is to connect with them, understand their concern, persuade them to donate — and upsell where possible.
What You'll Do:
- Call warm leads (existing donors) throughout the day
- Thank them, understand why they dropped off and note their feedback
- Persuade them to complete their donation
- Upsell the donation amount where possible
- Update donor details in the system after every call
What We're Looking For:
- 6 months –2 years experience in telecalling / telesales / BPO voice
- Good Hindi communication + basic English
- Comfortable with telecalling and targets
- Ready to work from office in Andheri East, 6 days a week
- Immediate joiner preferre

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
