Communication Skills & Public Speaking Trainer

We are looking for an experienced Communication Skills & Public Speaking Trainer to conduct 12 interactive training sessions, with each session lasting 2 hours, as part of an Industry Readiness Program designed to strengthen students’ communication and professional interaction skills.
The trainer will focus on developing students’ verbal communication, public speaking, confidence, active listening, presentation abilities, interpersonal communication, negotiation, persuasion, and leadership communication through practical and engaging learning experiences.
Training Approach
The sessions should be activity-driven and experiential, with minimal reliance on traditional lectures. The trainer is expected to use practical exercises that allow students to apply communication skills in realistic situations, including:
- Role plays and communication simulations
- Mock corporate meetings and workplace scenarios
- Public speaking and presentation exercises
- Group discussions and team-based activities
- Storytelling and persuasion exercises
- Negotiation and conflict-handling scenarios
- Peer feedback and self-assessment
- Practical communication challenges and real-world examples
- Constructive and honest feedback on individual performance

Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as a Communication Skills Trainer, Public Speaking Trainer, Corporate Trainer, Voice & Accent Trainer, Sales/Negotiation Trainer, or Professional Communication Coach
- Prior experience training college students or young professionals is preferred
- Experience conducting interactive, activity-based, and experiential training programs
- Strong expertise in public speaking, interpersonal communication, presentation skills, negotiation, and professional communication
- Toastmasters-affiliated speakers or professionals with relevant public speaking experience are preferred
- Strong facilitation and audience engagement skills
- Ability to provide constructive, practical, and honest feedback
- Comfortable conducting role plays, mock meetings, group discussions, presentations, and simulations
- Ability to connect communication concepts with real workplace and corporate situations
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
- Must be based in or near Bangalore/Bengaluru and available for in-person training sessions
Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹2,000.00 per hour
