Position Summary
We are looking for qualified and motivated Radiographers to support community-based TB and NCD screening activities across multiple districts of Haryana. The selected candidates will be responsible for operating Handheld X-Ray (HHX) equipment during outreach camps, ensuring radiation safety compliance, maintaining digital records, and coordinating with district health teams for effective implementation of screening activities.
Key ResponsibilitiesHHX Screening & Diagnostic Support
- Conduct chest X-ray screening using Handheld X-Ray (HHX) equipment during outreach camps.
- Ensure proper patient positioning and high-quality image acquisition.
- Support AI-enabled image interpretation and reporting workflows.
- Identify and refer presumptive TB cases for further diagnostic testing.
Digital Data Entry & Reporting
- Enter beneficiary and screening data into project digital platforms.
- Support Nikshay ID creation and updating in coordination with district teams.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of screening outcomes.
- Maintain confidentiality of beneficiary information.
Coordination & Field Operations
- Coordinate with District Coordinators, frontline health workers, and health facilities.
- Support camp management and beneficiary flow.
- Ensure operational readiness of HHX equipment before and after field activities.
- Participate in extensive travel across assigned districts.
Equipment Handling & Radiation Safety
- Operate and maintain HHX equipment according to approved protocols.
- Ensure compliance with radiation safety standards and SOPs.
- Properly use radiation safety accessories and personal protective equipment.
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety concerns promptly.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain daily screening records and activity logs.
- Submit regular reports to project supervisors.
- Support geo-tagged documentation and project monitoring activities.
Qualifications & ExperienceEssential
- Master's Degree in Radiography or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in radiography services.
- Experience operating digital or portable X-ray systems.
- Basic computer proficiency and digital data entry skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned districts.
Desirable
- Experience in TB, NTEP, public health, or community screening programs.
- Familiarity with Nikshay or other digital health reporting systems.
- Experience working in outreach camps or mobile diagnostic units.
- Knowledge of radiation safety standards and protocols.
- Proficiency in local languages.
