New Product Development:
- Lead the end-to-end development of new products, focusing on formulations involving wax, dye, fragrance, or skincare products.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and potential gaps in the market.
- Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and production teams to create innovative products that meet quality and safety standards.
- Oversee new products' formulation, testing, and refinement, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements.
- Managed product development timelines, ensuring projects were delivered on time and within budget.
Formulation & Innovation:
- Develop and optimize formulations involving waxes, dyes, and fragrances ingredients.
- Experiment with new materials, techniques, and technologies to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.
- Work with suppliers to source and evaluate raw materials for product development.
Quality & Compliance:
- Ensure all products developed meet stringent quality standards and comply with relevant industry regulations.
- Conduct stability testing, performance evaluations, and sensory testing for new formulations.
- Document all formulation processes, trials, and outcomes meticulously.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, and marketing, to ensure seamless product development.
- Provide technical guidance and support during the scale-up and commercialization of new products.
