Responsibilities
- Bid on IT projects on Upwork/Freelancer
- Communicate with clients
- Write proposals and follow up with leads
- Convert leads into projects
- Coordinate with the development team
Skills Required
- Good English communication
- Basic computer knowledge
- Interest in sales/business development
- Proposal writing skills
Preferred
- Knowledge of Website Development, AI, Apps, or Software Services
- Upwork/Freelancer experience is a plus
