We are dedicated to providing high-quality tools and exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Power Tools Repair Technician to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Repair and service power tools, including drilling machines, grinders, and other similar equipment.
- Diagnose issues and perform necessary repairs efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance and servicing for customer machines.
- Ensure all repaired tools meet the company’s quality standards.
- Provide customers with basic usage guidance post-repair.
- Maintain records of repairs and service performed.
- Work with the sales team to offer technical assistance where required.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: ITI in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Diploma, or Degree in related fields.
- Freshers or candidates with 1-2 years of experience in the power tools or a related industry.
- Good knowledge of power tools, their working, and repair procedures.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
