Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in application design and functionality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle GoldenGate.
- Strong knowledge of data replication and real-time data integration techniques.
- Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing data synchronization processes.
- Familiarity with database management and performance tuning.
- Ability to work with complex data architectures and ensure data consistency across systems.
- Skilled in scripting and automation to support deployment and monitoring of applications.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle GoldenGate.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
