(Certification / Diploma etc.):
exposure to training/content development.
Work Experience :
5-10 Years.
Job Responsibilities
- Candidate should have experience in a production environment, with a strong background working on the shop floor.
- Must have a solid understanding of production theories and fundamental concepts.
- Strong technical knowledge, coupled with excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage challenging situations, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Responsibilities :
Development of training -technical and non -technical aligned with Industry requirements
Training implementation through MSIL skilling network
Training of trainers and capability building
Digitization of training content & development of LMS
Securing opportunities for skilling from Govt & Industry
Development & Procurement of training aids & equipment to improve training effectiveness
New technology training development like EV, Industry4.0
Competencies / Skills Required for the Job
Strong Technical knowledge and presentation & communication skills
Ability to handle adverse situations, prioritize and handle multiple tasks at a time.
Self-motivated, having attention to details and a results driven approach.
