We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate leads, provide product/service information, and maintain good customer relationships. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls professionally.
- Explain company products and services to customers.
- Generate leads and follow up with potential clients.
- Maintain customer records and update databases regularly.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively.
- Coordinate with the sales team for client requirements.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Maintain proper call records and reports.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries politely.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
