What you'll do:
- Source nannies and caregivers through field outreach across Bangalore
- Build relationships with community leaders, NGOs, and local networks
- Run poster drops, stalls, and referral pipelines
- Screen candidates and hand off clean records to ops
Whom we want:
- 1-2 years in blue-collar or field recruitment (domestic workers, delivery partners, housekeeping staff, similar)
- Hindi + English fluent, Kannada is a strong plus
- Comfortable traveling across Bangalore regularly
- Self-starter, doesn't need hand-holding
Performance-based incentives on top of base.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
