Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Graphic Designer who can blend motion design with video editing to deliver content that moves both literally and emotionally. In this role, you won't just be "making things look pretty"; you will be an essential part of our storytelling engine. You’ll work with raw footage, scripts, storyboards, and brand guidelines to craft visual assets that inform, engage, and inspire our clients' audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Motion & Animation: Create engaging motion graphics and animations for explainer videos, high-impact corporate content, and trend-first social media assets..
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Creative Directors, Writers, and Project Managers to translate abstract concepts into visual narratives.
- Technical Polishing: Handle the "final 10%" of production, including colour correction, typography, and sound design to ensure a premium output.
- Operational Agility: Manage multiple projects under tight timelines while maintaining a high standard of creative quality and file organisation.
Skills & Requirements
- Experience: 0–2 years in a professional creative environment (Agency experience is a plus).
- Software Suite: High proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically:
- After Effects (Motion)
- Premiere Pro (Editing)
- Photoshop & Illustrator (Layout & Assets)
- Foundational Theory: A strong grasp of design principles, timing, composition, and the "arc" of storytelling.
- Interpretation: The ability to take a text-heavy script or a rough storyboard and visualise the finished animation independently.
- The Esthète Mindset: Proactive, agile, and a "continuous learner" who thrives in a fast-paced startup culture.
- Bonus Points: Familiarity with 3D software (Blender/C4D), character animation, or advanced sound design.
