E-Commerce Executive (Ahmedabad Location)
About the Role:-
Aimler Solutions is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to join our growing team in Ahmedabad. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in e-commerce and digital business operations. As an E-Commerce Executive, you will support various aspects of our online business, including product management, marketplace operations, customer support, order processing, and digital marketing initiatives.
You will work closely with experienced professionals and gain hands-on exposure to the fast-paced world of e-commerce while contributing to the growth of Aimler Solutions and its affiliated clients.
Key Responsibilities
Product Listing & Management
- Create, update, and optimize product listings across e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
- Ensure product information, specifications, pricing, descriptions, and images are accurate and up to date.
- Monitor product content quality and maintain consistency across channels.
- Assist in catalog management and product data organization.
Digital Marketing Support
- Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media promotions, and online advertising initiatives.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to improve online visibility and customer engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic performance reports.
- Assist in implementing SEO best practices for product listings and website content.
Customer Support
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and other communication channels.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely communication and issue resolution.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when required.
Order Processing & Operations
- Assist with order verification, processing, fulfilment, and shipment coordination.
- Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, returns, and inventory updates.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to support smooth operations.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyse e-commerce data and prepare regular reports on sales, customer behaviour, and operational performance.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Support management with data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to e-commerce activities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce processes.
- Participate in team discussions and contribute ideas for process improvements and business growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to implement best practices and enhance operational efficiency.
Learning & Development
- Participate in training programs, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and e-commerce best practices.
- Continuously develop skills related to e-commerce operations and digital commerce.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, E- Commerce, or a related field.
- Candidates with up to 2-3 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and online marketplace operations.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, including social media marketing and email campaigns.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel functions, reporting, and data management.
- Experience with Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, eBay, or similar marketplaces is an advantage.
- Understanding of inventory management and order fulfilment processes is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· 5 Days Working (Monday to Friday)
· Weekly Off: Saturday and Sunday
· Night Shift – 6:30 pm to 3:00 am
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
