Qualification & Experience: Diploma/Graduate with 3 to 4 years of experience in handling CNC machine/Milling
Salary range: As per Industry Standard
Languages known: Fluent in English and Kannada
Key competences: Knowledge and Good behavior
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Set up CNC machines with aerospace-grade tooling, fixtures, and materials.
2. Interpret aerospace drawings and GD&T to ensure precision machining.
3. Program and optimize CNC operations (G-code/CAM) for complex geometries.
4. Perform first-article inspections and adjust offsets to meet tight tolerances.
5. Conduct in-process and final dimensional checks using CMM and precision instruments.
6. Maintain compliance with AS9100 and OEM standards.
7. Document machining parameters and inspection results for full traceability.
8. Ensure material and process traceability to meet audit and certification requirements.
9. Follow strict safety and FOD prevention practices in aerospace environments.
10. Collaborate with engineers and quality teams to support continuous improvement.
