About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven SEO Manager to lead our organic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization, content strategy, and local SEO with proven experience in the Real Estate, Construction, Architecture, or Interior Design industry.
The candidate will be responsible for improving search engine rankings, driving qualified organic traffic, increasing lead generation, and enhancing our digital presence across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic rankings.
- Perform technical SEO audits and work with developers to resolve website issues.
- Conduct keyword research focusing on high-converting real estate and architectural search terms.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, blogs, and project pages for search engines.
- Plan and execute on-page, off-page, and local SEO campaigns.
- Build high-quality backlinks through ethical white-hat SEO practices.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other SEO tools.
- Improve Core Web Vitals, website speed, crawlability, and indexability.
- Develop content strategies aligned with user search intent and business goals.
- Analyze competitors and identify opportunities to improve search rankings.
- Manage Google Business Profile optimization for local search visibility.
- Track, analyze, and report SEO KPIs including:
- Organic Traffic
- Keyword Rankings
- Lead Generation
- Conversion Rate
- Domain Authority
- Bounce Rate
- Collaborate with content writers, designers, developers, and marketing teams to implement SEO best practices.
- Stay updated with Google's algorithm changes and implement necessary improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 5–8 years of SEO experience, with at least 2–3 years in the Real Estate, Construction, Architecture, or Interior Design industry.
- Strong understanding of Technical SEO.
- Expertise in On-page and Off-page SEO.
- Experience in Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Search Console
- SEMrush
- Ahrefs
- Screaming Frog
- Google Tag Manager
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress CMS.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
Preferred Experience
- Experience handling multiple real estate projects or architectural firm websites.
- Proven track record of improving organic rankings and generating qualified leads.
- Experience with high-volume keyword strategies in competitive markets.
- Familiarity with CRM integration and conversion tracking.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
