Store & Social Media Executive

Monday – Saturday
10:00 AM – 8:30 PM

What You'll Do Customer Experience
- Welcome customers with a friendly attitude.
- Help customers choose products.
- Explain product features and pricing.
- Handle billing and payments.
- Pack products carefully.
Custom Orders
- Record customer requirements.
- Coordinate personalized orders.
- Update customers on order status.
Social Media
- Create Instagram Reels and Stories.
- Take product photos and videos.
- Upload content regularly.
- Reply to Instagram and WhatsApp enquiries.
- Assist with content planning and promotions.
3D Printing Operations
(Training Provided)
- Load filament.
- Start print jobs.
- Remove completed prints.
- Clean printers.
- Perform basic printer maintenance.
- Package printed products.
Store Operations
- Arrange product displays.
- Maintain inventory.
- Keep the store clean and organized.
- Assist with daily opening and closing procedures.

Qualification
- 12th Pass
- Diploma
- Bachelor's Degree
Skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Comfortable using smartphones
- Familiar with Instagram and WhatsApp
- Basic Canva knowledge is a plus
- Good communication skills in Tamil
- Basic English communication is an advantage
