Roles and Responsibilities

Support the design and execution of strategic hiring initiatives to attract high-quality talent aligned with business objectives.

Assist in conducting competency-based candidate screening and evaluating applicants against role-specific success criteria.

Analyze candidate behaviors, communication styles, learning agility, and problem-solving approaches during various stages of the hiring process.

Support the development, administration, and evaluation of hiring assessments, case studies, aptitude tests, and behavioral interview frameworks.

Conduct talent research, market mapping, and competitor benchmarking to strengthen sourcing strategies.

Partner with hiring managers to understand business requirements and translate them into effective hiring criteria and candidate profiles.

Prepare structured candidate evaluation reports by consolidating interview observations, assessment outcomes, and behavioral insights.

Assist in validating assessment effectiveness by analyzing hiring outcomes and recommending continuous improvements.

Support employer branding initiatives that enhance UniAthena's ability to attract high-potential talent.

Maintain accurate recruitment data, hiring analytics, and recruitment dashboards to support workforce planning and decision-making.

Participate in interview calibration sessions to improve evaluation consistency and reduce hiring bias.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance recruitment processes, candidate experience, and overall hiring effectiveness.
Skills and Qualifications Required

Final-year student or postgraduate pursuing Human Resource Management, Industrial or Organizational Psychology, Business Psychology, Organizational Behaviour, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Strong interest in talent acquisition, behavioral assessment, and organizational psychology.

Internship, project work, or certifications related to recruitment, assessments, psychology, or talent management will be an advantage.
