OYO(Sunday Hotels) is looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Kochi property. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving operational efficiency, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring the hotel achieves its business and service excellence goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall hotel operations, ensuring seamless coordination across all departments.
- Lead Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Engineering, Security, and other operational teams.
- Deliver outstanding guest experiences by maintaining high service standards and promptly resolving guest concerns.
- Ensure compliance with brand SOPs, hygiene, safety, and statutory requirements.
- Monitor occupancy, revenue, guest satisfaction, and operational KPIs.
- Control operational costs while maintaining service quality.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate hotel staff.
- Conduct daily briefings and departmental meetings.
- Coordinate with the Sales team to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and oversee procurement.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management.
- Relevant certifications will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,161.02 - ₹58,388.27 per month
