About the Role
We’re a fast-growing cake brand looking for a proactive, enthusiastic individual who enjoys multitasking and wants to grow with the company. As a small team, you’ll work closely with the founder and play a key role in managing day-to-day operations, customer experience, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Operations
* Handle customer enquiries, WhatsApp communication, and order bookings.
* Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and execution of orders.
* Manage order scheduling, dispatches, and delivery coordination.
* Maintain inventory of ingredients, packaging materials, and other supplies.
* Coordinate with vendors and place purchase orders when required.
* Maintain customer databases, order records, and operational reports.
* Ensure the kitchen and workspace remain organised and efficient.
* Assist the founder with daily operational and administrative tasks.
* Help improve operational processes to ensure smooth business functioning.
Customer Experience
* Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries professionally.
* Ensure every order is executed accurately and delivered on time.
* Follow up with customers when required and maintain strong customer relationships.
What We’re Looking For
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership.
* Previous experience in operations, hospitality, retail, or the food industry is preferred but not mandatory.

Requirements
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
* Experience: 1 year in Operations or a similar role (Preferred)
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
