We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Occupational Therapist who is passionate about working with children and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments.
- Develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans.
- Deliver evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy interventions.
- Work with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Developmental Delay, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, Learning Disabilities, Sensory Processing Disorders, and other developmental conditions.
- Implement Sensory Integration, fine motor, visual-motor, ADL, handwriting, self-regulation, and play-based intervention strategies.
- Educate and counsel parents regarding home programs and carry-over activities.
- Maintain accurate therapy notes, progress reports, and documentation.
- Collaborate with Speech Therapists, Special Educators, Psychologists, Physiotherapists, and the multidisciplinary team.
- Participate in case discussions, clinical meetings, and continuous professional development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy (BOT/MOT).
- Valid RCI Registration (Mandatory).
- Freshers with strong clinical knowledge are welcome to apply.
- Experience in pediatric occupational therapy will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Sensory Integration and evidence-based pediatric interventions is preferred.
- Excellent communication and parent counseling skills.

Pay: ₹10,644.14 - ₹40,846.41 per month
