V93K SMT7 and SMT8 experience
Proven Java and C++ programming skills
Understanding of trimming, Scan techniques, analog and power test techniques
Demonstrated experience with bench instruments
HW design knowledge is a plus
Requirements:
Master or Bachelor's in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related
Minimum 5+ years of industry experience in IC test development or application development.
