We are looking for an experienced UKG WFM Integration Consultant with a strong background in UKG Pro Workforce Management (Dimensions/Kronos) and Dell Boomi integrations. The ideal candidate should have experience designing, developing, and supporting UKG integrations while working with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain UKG WFM integrations using Dell Boomi.
- Work with REST and SOAP APIs for inbound and outbound integrations.
- Create and maintain integration processes using JSON, XML, and CSV.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and provide production support.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather requirements.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and deployment activities.
- Prepare technical documentation and support go-live activities.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience with UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions/Kronos).
- Strong experience with Dell Boomi Integration Platform.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, and CSV.
- Experience with SQL databases.
- Good understanding of UKG Timekeeping, Scheduling, and Accruals.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with JavaScript or Groovy scripting.
- Knowledge of Boomi API Management.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
