Job Responsibilities
Handle procurement of plumbing & fire fighting, fire alarm materials
Source and evaluate vendors for pipes, fittings, valves, pumps, sprinklers, hydrant systems, etc.
Collect and compare quotations, negotiate best prices
Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO)
Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery
Coordinate with site engineers & project team for requirements
Maintain purchase records, bills, and documentation
Ensure material quality as per BOQ & specifications
Monitor stock and avoid site delays
Key Materials Knowledge (Preferred):
CPVC / UPVC / HDPE pipes & fittings
GI pipes, valves, flanges
Fire fighting systems – hydrant, sprinkler, pumps
Brands like Ashirvad, Astral, Supreme, Kirloskar, KSB, Zoloto, Honeywell etc.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree ( Engineering preferred)
4–5 years experience in plumbing/fire fighting purchase
Good knowledge of MS Excel
Strong negotiation & vendor management skills
Ability to handle multiple site requirements

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
