Customer Support Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Customer Support Executive to handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
- Meet customer service targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service/support is an advantage.
