Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for social media, websites, advertisements, branding materials, brochures, banners, and other marketing creatives.
The ideal candidate should have a good sense of design, color, typography, layout, and branding. They should be eager to learn, open to feedback, and able to work with the marketing and development teams to deliver quality designs on time.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Create social media creatives, banners, posters, ads, brochures, flyers, and website graphics.
- Design visual assets for digital marketing campaigns.
- Work on brand identity elements such as logos, typography, color palettes, and layouts.
- Edit and resize images for websites, social media, and advertisements.
- Coordinate with the content, marketing, and web development teams.
- Maintain consistency in branding across all design materials.
- Follow design briefs and complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
- Stay updated with latest design trends and creative ideas.
- Make revisions based on feedback from seniors or clients.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and Figma.
- Basic understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Ability to create clean, modern, and professional designs.
- Basic knowledge of social media post sizes and digital design formats.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple design tasks.
- Willingness to learn and improve.
