- Manage HR operations and statutory compliance
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and employee engagement
- Maintain compliance records and support audits
- Manage industrial relations and grievance handling
- Ensure adherence to company HR policies and legal requirements
Key Requirements:
- MBA/MSW in HR
- 10–15 years of experience in manufacturing industry
- Preference for candidates from IATF 16949 certified automotive companies
- Strong knowledge of PF, ESI, Factory Act, CLRA, Bonus, Gratuity, and labor compliance
- Experience in handling audits and employee relations
- Good communication and leadership skills
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
