Job Summary
The Telecalling Executive manages client interactions, resolves queries, and ensures customer satisfaction throughout the service lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Address client inquiries and provide accurate information
- Maintain customer records in CRM systems
- Follow up with clients regarding services, payments, and documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues
- Maintain long-term relationships with customers
- Prepare Customer Data sheet
- Loan File Shorting
- Maintain Data sheet in Excel
- Help in login process
- Real Estate calls
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Prior customer service experience preferred
Salary & Benefits
- Salary for freshers 8k to 15k
- Salary is Negotiable for Experienced Candidates
