Job Overview
We are looking for an active and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day ground operations, manage labor teams, and ensure smooth execution of construction activities on-site in Nagpur.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site operations and ensure work is executed according to engineering drawings and safety standards.
- Monitor on-site labor productivity, deployment, and daily progress.
- Coordinate material movement, check daily usage, and report requirements to the project manager.
- Maintain quality control on-site, specifically monitoring finishing and general structural work progress.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 4 to 6 years of hands-on site supervision experience in construction projects.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and on-ground problem-solving abilities.
- Location: Based in or ready to work in Nagpur.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: INR 25,000 to INR 35,000 per month.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
