ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for highly motivated and articulate Calling Agents to support lead generation and sales outreach for our B2B SaaS platform. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills and be comfortable engaging with HR leaders, business owners, CXOs, and decision-makers across organizations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases and lead lists.
- Introduce the company’s SaaS platform and articulate its value proposition clearly.
- Engage HR Heads, Operations Managers, Business Owners, Directors, and other decision-makers.
- Identify customer pain points and qualify prospects based on predefined criteria.
- Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp where applicable.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and lead-generation targets.
- Handle objections professionally and nurture prospects through the sales funnel. Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
