Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive to promote and sell iron coils, sheets, and related steel products. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and expanding the company's market presence.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new customers in the steel, construction, fabrication, manufacturing, and engineering sectors.
- Generate leads through market visits, cold calling, networking, and digital platforms.
- Promote iron coils, HR/CR sheets, GI sheets, MS plates, roofing sheets, and related products.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize sales contracts.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Market Analysis
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and steel price fluctuations.
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments.
- Provide regular market feedback to management.
Coordination
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and accounts departments for smooth order execution.
- Ensure timely delivery and payment collection.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare periodic reports.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering, or related field.
- MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales and marketing of:
- Iron and steel products,
- Iron coils,
- CR/HR coils,
- GI sheets,
- MS sheets,
- Roofing sheets,
- Structural steel products, or related industrial products.
- Existing network with dealers, distributors, OEMs, fabricators, contractors, and industrial buyers will be preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of the iron and steel market.
- Ability to prepare quotations and understand product specifications.
- Good understanding of GST, logistics, and commercial terms.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
