We are looking for a results-driven Travel Sales Consultant who can convert travel inquiries into confirmed bookings. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for travel, and the ability to understand customer needs and offer personalized tour solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound travel inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable domestic & international tour packages
- Customize itineraries based on client preferences and budget
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings and achieve monthly sales targets
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships
- Coordinate with operations team for booking confirmations and smooth execution
- Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings, and payments in CRM
- Upsell and cross-sell additional services (hotels, transfers, activities, insurance)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in travel sales / holiday consulting (preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle high-volume leads and close sales efficiently
- Basic knowledge of popular travel destinations (India & international)
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes
- Target-oriented mindset with a focus on revenue generation
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in tour packages (customized itineraries)
- Knowledge of destinations like Bali, Maldives, Dubai, Europe, Kashmir, etc.
- Fluent in English + Hindi (additional languages are a plus)
- Passion for travel and customer service
