We are currently hiring for one of our esteemed clients for the Channel Partner role based in Bengaluru.
Position: AM / DM
Experience: 3 – 8 Years (Max)
Industry - Interior Design, BFSI, or Real Estate Sales
Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate
Location: Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with new and existing Channel Partners.
- Drive business growth through cross-selling and up-selling of projects.
- Understand customer requirements and deliver effective partner solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer and partner support.
- Act as the primary communication bridge between Channel Partners and the closing team.
- Monitor Channel Partner performance and maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Conduct product and sales training sessions for Channel Partners.
- Ensure all leads are serviced within the defined TAT (Same Day).
- Coordinate Channel Partner incentive and payout processes after bookings.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Channel Sales or Business Development in Interior Design, BFSI, or Real Estate Sales. .
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proven experience in handling Channel Partners and driving business growth.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and achieve business targets.
