Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive / Data Analyst to manage business data, generate reports, analyze trends, and support decision-making across departments. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent proficiency in Excel, and the ability to transform raw data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Analyze business data and generate actionable insights for management.
- Create dashboards, reports, and performance trackers.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems.
- Monitor sales, recruitment, operational, and business performance metrics.
- Develop and maintain Excel-based reports and automated trackers.
- Extract, clean, and organize large datasets for analysis.
- Collaborate with different teams to understand reporting requirements.
- Present findings and recommendations through reports and presentations.
- Support management with ad-hoc data analysis requests.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced Excel preferred).
- Knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards, and data validation.
- Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Google Sheets and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools is an advantage.
- Understanding of CRM and database management systems.
- Familiarity with SQL is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Applications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in MIS, Reporting, Data Analysis, or a similar role.
