Handle company-provided leads and client inquiries and contact clients through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings.
Explain property details, pricing, and payment plans &Arrange and conduct site visits or maintain strong relationships with clients.
Follow up regularly with prospects & close sales deals and achieve monthly targets.
Work on multiple developer projects in Mohali & Punjab Maintain daily reports.
*Requirements*
Good communication and convincing skills
Knowledge of Mohali / Chandigarh / Punjab property market preferred
