Job Summary:
APL is looking for a driven HR professional with strong experience in hiring for IT and Non-IT roles and managing HR Operations The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and ensuring timely closure of critical tech positions, managing day to day HR activities.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations
- Manage employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, confirmation, and exit formalities
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRMS
- Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations
- Support performance management and employee engagement activities
Recruitment
- Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
- Post job openings on portals and social media platforms
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires
Administration
- Oversee office administration and facility management
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies and services
- Manage travel, logistics, and accommodation arrangements
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
- Experience with HRMS tools (e.g., Keka, GreytHR, etc.)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field
- Relevant experience in HR operations, recruitment, and admin roles
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
