Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and result-driven Tele Sales Executive with 1+ year of experience to handle customer interactions, generate leads, and drive sales through calls as well as on-ground activities. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills and be flexible to participate in exhibitions and field sales when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Explain products and services clearly to generate sales
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into leads/sales
- Maintain and update customer databases and call records
- Follow up with leads and ensure closure of sales
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Address customer queries and resolve concerns professionally
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and support
- Participate in exhibitions, fairs, and corporate events for on-ground sales
- Handle field sales activities via stalls and promotional events when required
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in tele sales or similar role
- Mandatory: Strong English communication skills (spoken & verbal)
- Willingness to travel and participate in exhibitions/events when required
- Good persuasion and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in D2C or product-based companies
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
