Job Responsibilities:
As an Export Documentation Executive, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Prepare and verify all export documents, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading instructions, Shipping Bill, and other export-related documents.
2. Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and CHA for timely shipment execution.
3. Ensure all export documents comply with customer, customs, and importing country requirements.
4. Prepare and submit documentation required for banks under Letter of Credit (L/C) and export collections.
5. Coordinate with production, warehouse, quality, and dispatch teams to ensure documentation matches the cargo.
6. cordinate for export certificates such as Health Certificate, Phytosanitary Certificate, Certificate of Origin, Fumigation Certificate, COC, and other documents as required.
7. Maintain shipment records, export registers, and documentation files.
8. Track vessel schedules and coordinate container bookings with shipping lines.
9. Ensure timely submission of shipping instructions and obtain Bills of Lading.
10. Coordinate with customers regarding shipping schedules, document approvals, and courier dispatch.
11. Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, GST, FSSAI, and other applicable export regulations.
12. Prepare export cost sheets and shipment summaries when required.
13. Handle export documentation for shipments to various international markets.
14. Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
15. Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.

Terms and Conditions
- The first three (3) months of employment shall be treated as a probation period.
- Confirmation of employment will be based on satisfactory performance.
- You are expected to comply with all company policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
- Either party may terminate employment by providing one month's written notice or salary in lieu of notice after confirmation, subject to company policy.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
