As an Operations and Airline Ticketing Executive in the travel industry, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the organization's smooth & efficient functioning of various operational aspects. You will be responsible for managing & optimizing operations to enhance customer satisfaction, and streamline processes.
Job Profile: Airline Operations Executive
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies and plans to achieve company objectives
- Managing and processing flight bookings for international destinations for same operational destination
- Establish and maintain relationships monitor performance and resolve any operational issues or disputes with Vendors in a timely manner
- Addressing ticketing inquiries, assisting customers in selecting suitable flight options, and handling cancellations, changes & refunds in accordance with airline policies, process payments for bookings
- Liaise with airlines to confirm reservations, obtain flight schedules, and manage seat allocation
- Present findings to senior management, highlighting areas of success and recommending strategies for improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-4 years experience in ticketing and international operations management
- Excellent problem solving, detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with travel regulations, visa requirements, and international travel procedures
