Key Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries, provide shipment updates, and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents (Bill of Lading, Air Waybill, invoices, packing lists, etc.).
- Liaise with carriers, agents, and internal departments to ensure timely cargo movement.
- Monitor shipments, update customers, and maintain accurate records in the system.
- : Ensure adherence to U.S. customs regulations, export/import laws, and company policies.
- Address delays, damages, or documentation discrepancies effectively.
- Identify gaps and suggest improvements in customer service and operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- Familiarity with sea and air freight operations, Incoterms, and U.S. trade compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP/logistics software, and shipment tracking tools.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and customer relationship management.
- 1–3 years in freight forwarding or logistics customer service, preferably in U.S. process handling.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
