We are a growing healthcare/pharmaceutical-focused company involved in international shipments, documentation, and operations management. We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable individual to support our accounts, documentation, records management, and office operations activities.
1. Check all bills & Documents
a) DHL, FedEx, Post office bills (Weekly)
b) Sale documents – Invoice#, Date, Amount (Daily), Series maintenance.
c) Checking and maintenance of shipping bills data for GST and bank (Weekly)
d) Preparation of Bank settlement documents (Monthly)
2. Maintenance of Office files and records
a) All office files: Purchase bills, expenses vouchers, courier receipts, GST returns, IT returns and balance sheet, bank statements, shipping bills records, etc
b) Personal files- Bank statement, Income tax returns, Assets etc.
c) GDP audit related files
3. Accounts
a) Maintain and provide weekly report of outstandings of creditors
b) Maintain customer ledgers on google sheet as well as balance checking (Weekly)
c) Returns maintenance records of customers
4. Prepare Sale documents
a) Prepare sale documents of DHL/FedEx/Post office in Eudaico under supervision.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Document management: 1 year (Required)
- Accounting: 1 year (Required)
- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Required)
- MIS: 1 year (Preferred)
