We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Team Leader – Sales to lead our US Home Security Process in an International BPO. If you have strong team handling skills and a proven sales background, we'd love to hear from you!
Location: Sanpada, Navi Mumbai (WFO)
Shift: US Shift
Working Days: 5 Days
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of sales agents.
Drive inbound & outbound sales conversions.
Coach and mentor team members to achieve targets.
Implement effective sales and objection-handling strategies.
Analyze sales performance and improve team productivity.
Maintain daily/monthly reports and ensure SLA compliance.
Work closely with management to achieve business goals.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as a Sales Team Leader in an International BPO (Mandatory).
Experience in handling a team of 15–20 FTEs.
Strong knowledge of sales, objection handling, and closing techniques.
Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting.
