Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in digital marketing, branding, campaign management, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Manage social media platforms and digital marketing activities.
- Generate quality leads through marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve business targets.
- Manage SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Create promotional campaigns and branding activities.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare MIS reports.
- Manage marketing budgets and optimize ROI.
- Build relationships with vendors, agencies, and business partners.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve business goals.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing, SEO, SEM, Google Ads & Meta Ads.
- Experience in social media marketing and content planning.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of branding, lead generation, and campaign management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Analytics, and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2–7 years of experience in Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Experience in Real Estate, Retail, FMCG, or Service Industry will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of online and offline marketing strategies.
