The Marketing Co-ordinator will support all marketing and communication functions for Florence Group of Institutions, working directly with the Director to ensure seamless brand representation across digital and offline channels. This role combines creative execution, content management and basic video production.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, visually inclined, comfortable with social media, and excited to work in an education environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
● Manage and schedule posts across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
● Upload content, write captions (with guidance), update hashtags, and handle replies/comments where required.
● Maintain a posting calendar aligned with school events, special days, festivals, and parent communication needs.
● Track basic metrics (reach, engagement, saves, inquiries).
2. Content Creation Support
● Create posters, flyers, banners, social media creatives, and school collateral from pre-approved templates.
● Coordinate design briefs, revisions, and approvals.
● Coordinate the creation of physical branding materials (standees, brochures, event branding, classroom boards).
3. Video Production & Editing
● Shoot short videos/reels at the school during events, classroom moments (face-safe), festivals, workshops, etc.
● Edit videos for Instagram and other platforms (reels, stories, shorts).
● Organize raw footage into a simple content library.
4. Event & On-ground Marketing Support
● Capture content during school events (preparation, execution, behind-the-scenes).
● Assist with setup of branding materials for parent workshops, celebrations, and open houses. ● Coordinate printing, vendor requirements, and deliveries as needed. Key Hiring Tenets / Candidate Profile Essential
● Strong interest in marketing, content creation, digital media, or branding.
● Basic experience with video editing tools (CapCut, InShot, VN, Adobe Premiere Rush, etc.).
● Good communication skills (English essential).
● Aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
● Ability to multitask and follow structured workflows.
● Comfortable working in a school environment around children.
● Experience managing social media pages (internships/projects). ● Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or basic design tools.
● Photography/videography experience or interest.
