Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive Sales CRM cum Coordinator to support our Sales Team by managing customer communication, driving lead development, assisting with order generation, and ensuring timely payment follow-ups. This is an in-house role based in Kolkata, requiring strong coordination skills and a target-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Payment Follow-up: Ensure timely collection by coordinating with customers and internal finance teams.
- Order Generation Support: Assist in creating quotations, processing orders, and tracking order status.
- Sales Coordination: Act as the central point of communication for West Zone sales executives.
- Lead Development: Identify, nurture, and follow up on potential clients to create new business opportunities.
- New Customer Development: Research and connect with prospective clients in West India.
- Maintain and update CRM data on leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Prepare regular sales reports, MIS updates, and performance summaries.
- Ensure smooth internal communication between sales, dispatch, accounts, and management.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, email drafting, and follow-up tracking.
- Ability to work under targets and deliver results.
- Good analytical and reporting abilities.
- Customer-focused attitude with strong follow-up discipline.
Qualifications
- Graduate / MBA preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales Support / CRM / Business Development / Coordination roles.
- Experience in industrial products, engineering sales, or compressor spare parts (preferred but not mandatory).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
