Job Title: Business Development Manager – Overseas
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager – Overseas Recruitment to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in overseas manpower recruitment, client handling, visa processing, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients
Identify and generate new business opportunities in international recruitment
Handle client requirements and ensure timely manpower deployment
Coordinate and manage visa processing procedures
Maintain excellent client communication and service standards
Achieve recruitment and business targets
Requirements:
Proven experience in Overseas Manpower Recruitment
Strong client handling and relationship management skills
Good knowledge of visa processing and overseas hiring procedures
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to develop and expand business opportunities
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
