Devant IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and analytical Data Analyst cum Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in data analysis, reporting, and project coordination, with an educational background in mathematics, economics, statistics, or related fields.
The role involves analyzing business data, preparing reports, coordinating with clients and internal teams, tracking project progress, and ensuring timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Collect, clean, and analyze business and project-related data.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Generate insights and recommendations based on data trends.
- Maintain project performance dashboards and KPI reports.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and updates.
- Act as a communication bridge between clients and the development team.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Track project progress and prepare status reports for management.
- Schedule meetings, prepare MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), and follow up on action items.
- Assist in requirement gathering and documentation.
- Escalate project risks, delays, or issues to management when necessary.
- Ensure smooth coordination among different departments for project execution.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, charts, and advanced formulas).
- Good analytical and logical reasoning skills.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and databases.
- Strong communication and client-handling abilities.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of project management tools will be an advantage.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Candidates with strong quantitative and analytical backgrounds will be preferred.
Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in data analysis, MIS reporting, project coordination, business analysis, or related roles.
- Experience in IT companies will be preferred.
