Roles & Responsibilities – Accounts Assistant (Fresher)
- Assist in maintaining day-to-day accounting records and entries in accounting software.
- Support preparation of vouchers, invoices, bills, and expense statements.
- Help in recording bank transactions and performing basic bank reconciliations.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable activities, including follow-ups.
- Support preparation of monthly reports, ledgers, and basic financial statements.
- Maintain proper filing of accounting documents, bills, and records.
- Assist in GST/TDS data compilation and basic statutory compliance support.
- Coordinate with internal departments for expense verification and documentation.
- Provide support during audits by preparing required documents and schedules.
- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned by the senior accountant.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliances.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. Tally,)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
