Key Responsiblities:-
Area Tasks
Customer Relationship - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers - Handle customer queries, complaints, and grievances professionally - Track customer interactions (calls, emails, visits) in CRM system. Collections & Payment Follow-up - Ensure timely collection of payments from customers - Follow up with customers and bankers for payment sanction letters - Maintain payment tracker and update status regularly. Cross-selling & Upselling - Identify customer needs and recommend additional products/services - Achieve cross-selling and upselling (NOT Target based) - Promote new products to existing customers . CRM & Data Management - Manage and update customer/lead data in CRM system - Create, maintain, and update customer database regularly. Reporting - Prepare basic MIS reports using Excel and Google Sheets - Track sales pipeline and generate weekly reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications :-
Education- Any graduate (BBA/MBA preferred) . Experience 1–3 years in customer relationship + collections Language Fluent Hindi (spoken & written); basic English Technical Basic MS Excel & Google Sheets (data entry, simple reports) . Soft Skills Good communication, follow-up ability, negotiation skills, customer handling Other Comfortable with voice follow-ups, persuasive selling, multitasking.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
