Looking for a senior secondary teachers who has the ability to guide ,attract and teach the students for gaining academic excellence along with good result.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons to students
- Develop and implement curriculum-aligned teaching materials
- Conduct laboratory experiments and demonstrations to reinforce theoretical concepts
- Assess student performance, provide constructive feedback, and track progress
- Create and administer exams, assignments, and projects
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate best practices in teaching and learning
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress
- Ensure a safe, organized, and inclusive classroom environment
- Participate in parent-teacher conferences and student progress meetings
Requirements:
- Looking on for all subjects English, Biology, physics,chemistry too
- Strong knowledge of subject concepts and ability to convey them effectively
- Proficiency in English and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
- Experience with laboratory equipment, techniques, and safety protocols
- Ability to manage classroom behavior and create an inclusive learning environment
- Familiarity with CBSE/Matric Board curriculum preferred
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in required subject, Education, or a related field (Master's preferred)
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is compulsory
- 2-4 years of teaching experience in a reputable institution
