Job Summary
The Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) – Chinese is responsible for assisting the Chef de Partie in the daily operations of the Chinese Kitchen by preparing authentic Chinese and Indo-Chinese cuisine while maintaining Brigade Hospitality's standards of food quality, hygiene, consistency, and guest satisfaction. The incumbent is expected to ensure smooth kitchen operations, support junior team members, and contribute to delivering memorable dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Chinese and Indo-Chinese dishes as per standard recipes.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portioning, and presentation.
- Maintain mise en place and support smooth kitchen operations.
- Follow FSSAI, HACCP, and company hygiene standards.
- Minimize food wastage and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO).
- Assist in inventory management and stock control.
- Support and guide Commis Chefs during operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the assigned work area.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts (preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience in Chinese cuisine in hotels, clubs, or premium restaurants.

- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
