About Us
The Drip Secrets is a Kolkata-based handmade, alcohol-free attar and lifestyle brand. We're building our wholesale/retail store network across Kolkata and looking for a driven college student or fresher to join us as a Retail Partnerships Intern
Role Overview
You'll be visiting retail stores across Kolkata, pitching our attar range to store owners, and closing wholesale deals. This is a great opportunity to build real sales experience with direct earning potential tied to your performance.
Responsibilities
- Visit 15–20 retail stores per week across assigned zones in Kolkata
- Pitch TDS's attar wholesale range using provided pricing sheets and product samples
- Explain and offer our POP (point-of-purchase) display stand to interested stores
- Follow up with store owners to close orders
- Maintain a daily visit and deal-tracking log (format provided)
- Report weekly progress to the founder
Compensation
- Monthly stipend: ₹3,000
- Weekly transport allowance: ₹300 (on days of store visits)
- Commission: 10% on every order value (including repeat orders), paid out after payment is received from the store
Who We're Looking For
- College student or recent graduate, based in Kolkata
- Comfortable with in-person sales conversations and walking store-to-store
- Self-motivated — this role rewards initiative and consistency
- Two-wheeler or ability to commute across Kolkata zones is a plus
- No prior sales experience required - pitch materials provided
Duration
6-month internship, with potential to extend or convert based on performance.
